I act for Private Clients in all family matters and specialise in respect of matters arising under The Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and in Matrimonial Work.
My other areas of practice include acting for elderly clients and drafting Wills and dealing with issues arising due to physical and/or mental capacity. I act in the administration of deceased’s estates. Also, I carry out Commercial Debt Recovery. However, I also deal with Personal Injury Litigation seeking compensation. I carry out all Residential conveyancing work in connection with Sales, Purchase and Voluntary Transfers.
